  • Performance Indicator for Unplanned Scrams per 7000 critical hours went White in 4Q2020
  • In Column 2 in 2021
  • Completed supplemental inspection procedure 95001 in April 2022
  • Verified Callaway's corrective actions for 3 reactor trips, Callaway closing the White PI
  • Transitioned to Column I in 2Q2022- all Green Findings and PIs
