- Performance Indicator for Unplanned Scrams per 7000 critical hours went White in 4Q2020
- Callaway experienced 3 Callaway reactor trips in 2020
- In Column 2 in 2021
- Completed supplemental inspection procedure 95001 in April 2022
- Verified Callaway's corrective actions for 3 reactor trips, Callaway closing the White PI
- Transitioned to Column I in 2Q2022- all Green Findings and PIs
