ACCEPTANCE FOR HIGHWAY ROUTE APPROVAL APPLICATION (U.S.

NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION ROUTE NUMBER 265), DOCKET NUMBER: 070-07011

Dear Mr. Mosley:

I am writing to inform you that the content in the route application for transportation of spent nuclear fuel (SNF), dated April 16, 2021, has been determined to be complete. The route is now designated as number 265. The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission will now conduct a detailed review of the application and the ability of the proposed route to meet the applicable regulatory requirements. Our goal is to complete our review of the application by mid-May 2021 to support SNF cask loading activities later in May 2021.
