RE: Status of Draft SE for Kairos QA TR Date: Wednesday, August 25, 2021 4:42:00 PM Hi John, I was hoping to get the Draft SE out this month; however, there are a few compounded facts that will delay that. First we had the main reviewer (Jonathan Ortega-Luciano) leaving the agency recently and his backup, Paul Prescott, has become the lead reviewer for this.
Paul was out of the office and returned recently but has been unavailable to complete the revisions to the draft SE due to other work related activities. We are currently going through the concurrence of the document and our lawyer is out of the office and will be returning the week of September 7 at which time he will resume his work on the document. I will be out of the office September 9-14. Due to the above I dont see us issuing the draft SE until early October (October 8). Therefore a Final SE will be delayed until early November (November 12) . We will try to issue the documents earlier than this.
