Enclosed is an application fron Combustion Engineering, Inc. for a license to export two 950 f ti nuclear reactor facilities, Kf U-ll and KfiU-12, to South Korea.
The applicant will also be submitting a request for the initial core and fuel reloads for these reactors.
Before taking action on this license application, we would appreciate your views, in accordance with established procedures and from the overall perspective of the Executive Branch, as to whether the proposed exnort meets the applicable criteria in the Atonic Energy Act of 1954, as amended by the f!uclear fionproliferation Act of 1978.
