Sepp, Westinghouse Electric Company, you submitted "SNC [ Southern Nuclear Operating Company] Response to ARC Request For Additional information on WCAP-14750, 'RCS [ Reactor Coolant System] Flow Verification Using Elbow Taps At Westinghouse i 3-Loop PWRs [ Pressurized Water Reactors),' Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant, Units 1 & 2," and  :

requested that it be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790. A J nonproprietary version was submitted for placement in the NRC's public document room.

• The affidavit stated that the submitted information should be considered exempt from j' mandatory public disclosure for the following reasons:
