Resources for Fitness-for-Duty Drug Testing Requirements 10 CFR Part 26Final Rule (RIN 3150-AI67; NRC-2009-0225)
This rulemaking is designated as a high priority in accordance with the common prioritization of rulemaking methodology. The Operating Reactors business line includes resources of 1 FTE for this rulemaking for fiscal year (FY) 2021. The staff expects to complete this rulemaking in FY 2021 and has not requested resources for it beyond FY 2021. The staff will address resources beyond FY 2021, if needed, through the planning, budget and performance management process and will prioritize these activities in a manner consistent with the current common prioritization of rulemaking process and other priorities in the Operating Reactors business line.
