This request is made pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act.
I request all documents regarding the longitudinal seam welded pipe f ailure on June 9, 1985 at Mohave coal-fired Generating Station located in Laughlin, Nevada; all documents regarding the hot reheat pipe f ailure on January 30, 1986 at Monroe coal-fired power plant located in Monroe, Michigan; all documents pertaining to the Sabine Plant unit 2 and related longi tudinal seam welded pipe f ailure on July 8, 1979, at Gulf State coal-fired Utility located in Bridge City, Texas. ;
l A report (title unknown) and all accompanying data j regarding the National Search re: Creep Range data for Pipe )
Grade P-11 or T-11 of 11 chrome, 1/2 Moly pipe by Robert M.
Curran, TASK Group Chairman of Steam Power Panel of the Edison Electric Institute (EEI).
It is my understanding the documents I request are not exempt under exemption (b)5. The exemption for internal I agency communications does not extend to factual materials, )
documents recounting or reporting fact or scientific results of i nves tiga tions.
