Dear Director:
I understand from New Hampshire's Seacoast Anti-Pollution League that the Seabrook Station Nucisar Power Plant was cited several times in the last few months for violations of its operating. license requirements, and 'et s your office did not take any action against the operators of the plant.
What good is a regulatory commission if it does not regulate? This is worrisome.
