, DATE: JANUARY 10,1997 RE: On January 15,1997, I spoke with Richard Brown, of Elscint regarding Elscint's ,

response number 2, in their letter dated October 17,1996, Mr. Brown provided ,

the following information: subset "a." refers to Transact devices distributed and installed on new Cardial cameras; subset "b." refers to Transact devices that are distributed and installed as field upgrades to currently existing Cardial 4

cameras; subset "c." refers to Transact devices distributed and installed on Cardial camera numbers 1 to 20 only (these cameras will require retrofitting to accept the Transact device). Mr. Brown informed me thP.t the letter "d." was a typographical mistake, and that the text ior subset "c." continues onto the second line. The three catalog numbers are used by Elscint only to differentiate between -
