Thank you for your letters of February 27, 1987 and April 6,1987, in response to our letter dated January 29, 1987. We have reviewed your reply 6nd acknowledge the fact that your organization will no longer maintain, supply or accept orders for ASME materials requiring a 10 CFR 50, Appendix B program. However, in the event that Standard Pipe reenters the nuclear materials supply business, further corrective action must be taken to address the concerns expressed in our Notice of Violation /Nonconformance.
