SEP i 8 1978 SEP 141978 The Seaman Nuclear Corporation ATTN: Mr. Gerald R. Sell Sales Development Manager 3846 West Wisconsin Avenue Milwaukee, WI 53208 Gentlemen:

As requested in your letter of August 30, 1978, we have changed our records to show the model designation "RM-75" (instead of RA-75-AM) for your moisture meter.

Accordingly, we find the Model RM-75 series moisture meter acceptable for licensing, when loaded with an Amersham Corporation (previously Amersham /Searle Corporation) Model ANM.Q1954 sealed source containing up to 40 mci of americium-241. This approval is based on information supplied in your letters of April 4,1977, May 19,1978 and June 2, 1978.

l If you have any questions concerning this matter, please contact us.
