Dear Ms. Colina:
The subject contract expired on November 25,1993, and we are initiating closeout action. However, pending completion of all closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract and task order for other immediate agency requirements.
The purpose of this modification is to deobligate excess funds. The ceiling is hereby decreased by $15,581.48 from $109,396.00 to $93,814.52. The amount of $86,669.52 l represents the total estimated reimbursable cost. The amount of $7,145.00 represents l
the fixed fee.
