Modifications" Under Contract No. NRC-40-90-346 The subject task order expired on April 2,1996, and we are initiating closeout action. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirements, it is necessary to deobligate excess funds remaining under this contract for other immediate agency requirements. Therefore, this modification is issued to deobligate unexpended funds in the amount of $1,415.43 whicii thereby decreases the obligated amount of this task order from $ $593.535.73 to $592,120.30.
Accordingly, the third and fourth paragraphs of this task order definitization letter dated September 24,1993, is hereby deleted in its entirety and the following substituted in lieu thereof:
" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from August 31,1993 through April 2,1996, with a total cost ceiling of $595,535.73 which is inclusive of the $67,000.00 temporary ceiling authorized as stated above. The amount of $550,710.57 represents the tota! estimated reimbursable costs and the amount of $41,409.73 represents the fixed fee.
The obligated amount of this task order is $592,120.30."
All other terms and conditions of this task order remain unchanged.
