CONTRACT NO. NRC-04-97-036, MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 6, ENTITLED, " REGULATORY ANALYSIS SUPPORT TO FUEL FACILITY SAFETY" The purpose of this modification is to (1) incorporate a within-scope change to provide for additional support under Task E and accelerated completion of the final task report deliverable in accordance with the attached statement of work revision for Task E and SEA's technical 4
proposal dated April 3,1998, both hereby incorporated, (2) increase the task order ceiling by
$22,761 from $172,218 to $194,979 and (3) provide funding in the amount of $22,761.
Accordingly, Task Order No. 6 is modified as follows:
Paragraph 2 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereaf:
" Task Order No. 6 shall be in effect from October 1,1997, through July 31,1998, with a cost ceiling of $194,979. The amount of $180,583 represents the total estimati reimbursable costs and the amount of $14,396 represents the fixed fee."
Paragraph 4 of the definitization letter is deleted in its entirety and the following is substituted in lieu thereof:
"The amount currently obligated by the Government with respect to this task order is
$194,979, of which the sum of $180,583 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which $14,396 represents the fixed fee. It is estimated that the amount currently allotted will cover performance through July 31,1998."
