SUBJECTi STAFF REQUIREMENTS - SECY-99-237 - DRAFT REGULATORY GUIDE ON " CRITERION FOR TRIGGERING A REVIEW UNDER 10 CFR 50.80 FOR NON-OWNER OPERATOR SERVICE COMPANIES" The Commission has approved the staff's recommendation to publish Draft Regulatory Guide DG-1086 for public comment, as described in SECY-99-237 The Conmission has not endorsed the content of Draft Regulatory Guide DG-1086 and recognizes that the content of DG-1086 may change after considering and resolving stakeholder comments on the draft regulatory guide. Stakeholders insights should serve to both improve the clarity of the guidance, provide feedback on the examples provided, and provide feedback on whether enteria should be considered for additional areas such as site security activities.
