MODIFICATION NO. 5 TO TASK ORDER 17 UNDER CONTRACT NO. NRC-02-95-003
Dear Ms. Strike:
The purpose of this modification is to provide incremental funding to Task Order No.17 in the amount of $30,000, thereby increasing the total amount obligated from S303,915 to $333,915.
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms and conditions of the subject task order, including the ceiling amount of $408,323.
