I am responding to your letter of April 2,1998, which transmitted a letter from Ms. Kathi lorsheim,
' your constituent. Ms. Florsheim's letter, dated February 27,1998, expresses c cern about a contract between the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and British Nuclear F s, Ltd. (BNFL),
' for the sale and recycling of contaminated metals from a uranium enrichment cility. The contrad
