This modification is issued to provide a revised NRC Form 187 and to change Paragraph H.S of the contract. The contract is therefore modified as follows:
- 1. NRC Form 187, " Security / Classification Requirements," provided as Enclosure 1 hereto is incorporated herein.
- 2. Under Section H, Special Contract Requirements, Paragraph H.5, Security, is deleted in its entirety. A revised Paragraph H.5, " Security Background Investigations (BI)"
is provided as Enclosure 2 hereto and is incorporated imrein.
All other terms and conditions, including the monetary value of $4,950,000.00, remain the same.

(Security Background' investigations (BI) ,
4 All contractor: employees : performing or' scheduled to perforro assigned or F_ . U ordered tasks which require ' access to the Department of Justice computer system must complete and submit'.to FilC's Division of Security, 'through the NRC Project Officer, a properly completed. personnel security forms packet for a background investigation (BI)'to allow access to the Departmenh of Justice's computer system. The contractor shall assure that all formn are accurate, complete, and legible (except for Part 11, Pernonnel Security Questionnaire, which is required to be completed in _ private and submitted to the contractor in a scaled envelope). A favorable review of the information developed by the BI is necessary for access to ithe Department of Justice's : computer system . _ Initial eligibGityfor access sh all be determined by NRC 'in i
accordance with the criteria and procedures set forth in 10 CFR Part 10, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part of thic, contract as though fully set fortth herein. The final determination on eligibility fLr access shall be made by the Department of Justice in accordance wi',h their regulations.
