CdMNJD-98-004 - CLEARANCE RULE - SECY-98-028 This memorandum is to inform you that cll Commissioners have reviewed your proposal concerning the need to develop a clearance rule applicable to solid materials. They believe that implementation of the staff requirements memorandum dated June 30,1998 on SECY-98-028 is adequate to effect this change and that no further direction to the staff is warranted at this time.
This completes action on COMNJD-98-004.
