- 4. It is the permittee's responsibility to notify any and all activities using, storing, or transshipping the authorized material or device of the change from license to permit.
l S. There will not be a mass issuance of tiew NRMPs. Actual NRMPs will be issued as it becomes necessary to renew or amend the current " license". Previously submitted' renewal or auandmnt applications need not be resubmitted under the new permit number. Hare specific guidance for renewals or amendments will be provided by separate co:' despondence.
