REGULATORY-ISSUES - PROPOSED RULE CHANGE In your memorandum of September 22, 1987, you requested review, approval, and final preparation of a proposed rule change to 10'CFR Part 50 (Licensee, Announcements of Inspectors). My staff has reviewed the proposed rule and prepared the enclosed documents:
a draft regulatory agenda
- a certification statement a weekly report the proposed rule in the proper format' The dates on the above documents will need to be added prior to publication.
My staff informs me that a decision on having CRGR review of this proposed rule change has not been made. If you desire CRGR review, please return the package to my staff and they will forward it to CRGR. If you need any further assis-tance in this matter please contact George Barber on 492-8324.
