NOTICE OF FINAL RULEMAKING Attached for the file is a copy of the Notice of Final Rulemaking on the Disposal of Radioactive Wastes, 10 CFR Part 61, which amends regulations to require disposal of greater-than-Class-C (GTCC) low-level radioactive wastes in a deep geologic repository unless disposal elsewhere has been approved by the Commission. It is being sent to Distribution Codes CH, WD, WN, WF, and WA by IRM.
