RESPONSE TO INSPECTION REPORT 89-011 NOTICE OF VIOLATON NRC Inspection Report 50-255/89011(DRSS) dated May 1, 1989 transmitted a notice of violation as a result of a routine Safeguards Inspection conducted by J R Knicely and T J Madeda April 10-14, 1989 and requested Consumers Power Company provide a written response. The requested response to the notice of violation is contained in the attached enclosure.
