The purpose of this modification is to prdvide incremental funding in the amount of
$75,000.00. Accordingly, the contract is hereby modified to read as follows:
Under Section B, Supplies or' Services and Prices / Costs, subsection B.2,2 Consideration and Obligation, the first sentence of paragraph 6. is deleted and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:
"b. The amount presently obligated with respect to this contract is $938,000.00."
All other terms and conditions of the contract, including ~ the ceiling ' amount of
$3,066,035.00, remain unchanged. -
Eutept as provided herein, ef t terms and Conditions of the document referenced ln item 9A or 10A, as beretofore changed, remains unchanged and in tutt force and effect.
