Docket No. 50-482: Restrictions on Providing Information About Potential Safety Issues Gentlemen:

The purpose of this letter is to provide Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation's (WCNOC) response to the Reference. The Reference requested licensees to examine current and previous labor agreements to assure that restrictive clauses that would not permit employees to contact the NRC with concerns about potential safety issues are not present.

Neither WCNOC, the current licensee, nor Kansas Gas and Electric Company, the former licensee with regard to construction and operation of the Wolf Creek Generating Station,- have any current or previous agreements settling discrimination matters arising under Section 210.of the Energy Reorganization Act of 1974, as amended, or labor.or other agreements affecting- compensation, terms, conditions and privileges of employment, which contain language in any way restricting the ability of employees or former employees to provide inforation to the NRC about potential safety issues.
