3 MR. YIN: Since the Petitioners, they're 4 not here, should we wait or should we go ahead?
5 MR. DONOGHUE: Well, Xiaosong, if we try 6 to contact --
7 MR. YIN: Okay.
8 MR. DONOGHUE: -- and we get a response, 9 that would make me feel better. Since the purpose of 10 the meeting is for the Petitioner to present more 11 information, I'm hesitant about holding a meeting 12 without her. So let's try to reach out.
13 I'm going to ask, just beg everybody's 14 patience to allow us to try to do that. I'll say 15 maybe we'll give it another five or so minutes and 16 then can maybe adjourn the meeting and try to 17 reschedule.
18 (Pause.)
19 MR. DONOGHUE: All right. A message from 20 Perry that I guess you did contact the Petitioner, and 21 she is unable to make this meeting. So, unless there 22 is another party on the line that was attending to 23 present her information -- well, I'll ask. If anybody 24 was going to try to present the information in her 25 stead, please speak up now.

4 1 All right. So I'm not hearing anyone 2 volunteering to present information on behalf of the 3 Petitioner.
4 I'm going to thank you for attending this 5 meeting. And we'll have to reach out to her, find a 6 time where she can make it, and then we will notify 7 everyone. And we'll try to reconvene at a later date.
8 Xiaosong, do you have anything to add or 9 Perry?
10 MR. YIN: Yeah, (telephonic interference) 11 question for Eric, Eric Perez.
12 MR. PEREZ: Yes, sir. I'm here.
13 MR. YIN: Is Dalia part of your group?
14 MR. PEREZ: She is a police officer in the 15 police services group, yes.
16 MR. YIN: So you are not part of this 17 petition then.
18 MR. PEREZ: No, I'm part of management.
19 I'm the Chief of Police.
20 MR. YIN: Okay. So, just like Joe already 21 said, since the Petitioner, she could not make it 22 today to the meeting, and then we may just, you know, 23 we may have to close this meeting. And then we'll 24 reconvene if we can find the right time for everyone.
25 So sorry for this. And then thank you for NEAL R. GROSS COURT REPORTERS AND TRANSCRIBERS 1323 RHODE ISLAND AVE., N.W.

5 1 participating for this short meeting today. So now we 2 may just, the meeting's adjourned.
3 (Off mic comments.)
4 MR. DONOGHUE: Okay. The court reporter 5 had a question. Go ahead.
6 COURT REPORTER: So I was unclear if you 7 wanted to put something on the record there and create 8 a short transcript. Or is that not necessary for 9 this?
10 MR. YIN: I think it's a good idea to put 11 this very short transcript. At least we showed the 12 Petitioner did not show up or something like that.
13 COURT REPORTER: Do you want to make a --
14 MR. DONOGHUE: Xiaosong, excuse me. I 15 want Perry to -- you can speak otherwise, Perry. But 16 I agree with Xiaosong.
17 I think it also shows that we offered the 18 opportunity for any of the other participants, if 19 somehow they represent her, but we heard no response.
20 So I think the next step is let's 21 reschedule. We talked about this as a possibility.
22 We'll give the Petitioner another opportunity to 23 present her information.
24 MR. YIN: Yeah, Sam. You got it?
25 COURT REPORTER: Okay. Yep, got it.

6 1 MR. YIN: Okay. Yeah, so thank you for 2 this. And then just like, yeah, we'll see what to do 3 next. And then for sure another meeting will be 4 scheduled. You guys will be involved for sure.
5 MR. DONOGHUE: All right. So let's ask 6 the PRB. Jonathan called from the conference line.
7 And we'll just form off on the Teams meeting and talk 8 about the next steps. Thanks.
9 MR. YIN: Okay. Great. See you. Bye 10 now, everyone.
