Modification No. Two (2) to Task Order No. 4 Under Contract No. NRC-39-89-133 This modification .is issued to provide continued data entry support which increases the task order ceiling amount by $13,345.52 and provide incremental funding in the amcunt of $4,870.91. This effort shall-be performed in.accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the-
-Contractor's proposal dated September 22, 1989, incorporated herein by reference.
Therefore, this modification hereby results in the following changes being -
made to this task order:
.1. In providing for continued data entry support under this task order, the ceiling amount is hereby increased by $13,345.52 from $59,455.00 to
$72,800.52.
Therefore, the third paragraph of the definitization letter for this task order is revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 4 shall be in effect from February 1,1989, through January 30, 1990, with a total cost ceili.ng of $72,800.52. .The amount of $67,721.44 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs and the.
amount of $5,078.68 represents the-fixed fee.
- 2. The obligated amount of this task order is hereby increased by
$4,870.91 from $59,455.00 to $64,325.91.

[ Therefore, the following paragraph is hereby added as follows:
"The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is-
$64,325.91 of which $59,838.05 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs'and the amount of $4,487.86 represents the fixed fee. This obligated amount may by unilaterally increased from time to time by the Contracting 0fficer by written modification to this task order. The obligated amount shall, at no time, exceed the task order ceiling. When and if the amount (s) paid and payable to the Contractor hereunder shall equal the obligated amount, the Contractor shall not be obligated to continue performance of the work unless and until the Contracting Officer shall increase the amount obligated with respect to this task order. _Any work undertaken by the Contractor in excess of the obligated amount specified above is done so at the Contractor's sole risk. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of 52.232-22-~ Limitations of Funds for this incrementally funded task order."
Accounting Data for this Modification No. Two (2) to Task Order No. 4 are as follows:

. OBLIGATED AMOUNT: $4,870.91 Funds' obligated under this task order will provide data entry support through December 15, 1989.
