Dear Mr. Drake:
I am responding to your June 5,1998, letter requesting a waiver of the administrative and interest charges in the amount of $11.09 for the overdue payment of invoice RLO341-98.
For the reasons stated below, I am extending the interest waiver period for RLO341-98.
You state in your letter that you never received the original invoice and therefore had no knowledge of the debt until you received a second notice. In accordance with 10 CFR Part 15.37 (i), I am extending the interest waiver period if payment is received within 30 days
. from the date of this letter. If payment of the principal amount of $262.00 is not received within 30 days, interest and administrative charges will be assessed. Therefore, invoice 4 No. RLO34143 is due and payable; if you have any questions, please contact Ellen Potest at 301-415-6392. )
