MODIFICAT!ON NO.1 TO TASK ORDER NO. 2 UNDER CONTRAC T NO. NRC-26-93-290 As you are aware, the subject task order expired on November 25,1993. Based on our records there are excess funds remainirg under the task order. However, pending completion of all required closeout requirement',, it is necessary to deobligate the excess funds remaining under the task order for other immediate agency requirements.
Our records indicate that excess funds in the amount of $15,581.48 exist under this task order.
The purpose of this mo6fication is to deobligate funds in the amount of $15,581.48 thereby decreasing the amour. obligated from $109,396.00 to $93,814.52. We are retaining $1,071.75 which is 15% of the '.xed fee pending final closeout. As a result of the issuance of this modification, Modircation No.1 to Task Order 2 dated December 18,1997 is hereby rescinded.
