Atomic Safety and Licensing Board U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, DC 20555

Dear Judges:

This is to direct two matters to the attention of the Board and Parties. In " Seacoast Anti-Pollution League's, Town of Hampton's, Town of Amesbury's and New England Coalit ion on Nuclear Pollut ion's Motion to Continue the Licensing Hearings on the New Hampshire Radiological Emergency Response Plans", the named interveners joining in the Motion stated that the pleading would be supplemented by the relevant portions of the July 30 meeting transcript in which Appl i can t 's r epr es en t a t i ves i ndi ca t ed da t es f or f il i ng a cocipens a tor y plan and for the conduct of a f ull FEMA graded exercise. Subsequently, all parties were served with the entire transcript of that meeting l by t he NRC. Interveners would simply, therefore,-point out that the relevant portions of that transcript are to be found at pp. 20-22 and pp. 24-25.

Secondly, SAPL would note that this Board has not yet ruled on the joint motion filed June 22, 1987 which requrested that this Board arrange to take a view of the Seabrook Station plume exposure EPZ, particularly the beach area, during the summer season of 1987. The summer season i s .f a s,1 drawing to a close. SAPL would ask that the Board arrange to 'take a view prior to the Labor day weekend.

Very truly yours,

' a Robert A. Backus Attorney for Seacoast Anti-Pollution League l
