TIDESCRIPTION OF AMENDMEN T/ MODIFICATION (Organized by UCFeection headings, including solicitation / contract subject matter where feasible.)
The purpose of this unilateral modification is to increase the amount of funds obligated for contract performance by $450,000.00. Accordingly, the following change is applicable:
A. Section B.3 " Consideration and Obligation," Subparagraph b. , the first sentence is deleted in its entirety and the following sentence is substituted in lieu thereof:
