In addition, the staff has reviewed Item 3 in the Staff Requirements memorandum and, after further evaluation and reflection, has modified the reference paragraphs ir,tne P0licy Statement.

For ease of reference, bars have been placed on the right hand margin of the en-ticsed revised policy statement to indicate the location of changes made in accordance with the Staff Requirements Memorandum, by item number.
