3) NRC Letter to D. F. Schnell. dated December 3, 1990 The referenced NRC Letter to D. F. Schnell requested that Union Electric inform the NRC in writing wher> the commitments in Reference 2, Union Electric's response ti Generic Letter 90-03, are implemented.

The enhanced vendor interf ace program, as described in Attachment 2 to Referonce 2, has been implemented and is an ongoing program.

In an earlier letter to the NRC (section 2.1 of Reference 1), Union Electri: made a commitment that a list of valid Technical Bulletins and the individual bulletins themseltics would be maintained at the Union Electric cc,rporato office and at the Callaway Plant. Under the c':rrent program this material is inaintainud at the Callaway Plant and ".s availabic to the Corporate office on an "as-net.ded" basis.
