Contract No. NRC-33-84-378 SBA No. 3-84-16209 Modification No. 7 Page 2 of 3 A. Article III - Consideration, paragraphs B and D, are deleted in their entireties and the following paragraphs are substituted in lieu thereof:
"B. The total estimated cost for full performance of Section B under Article 1 of the contract will be $231,239.00. The sum of
$85RNE.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs and the sum of $ 6 .00 represents the fixed fee.
D. It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of Sections A and B of the contract is $381,127.75, of which the sum of W represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and the sum $ W represents the fixed fee. The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract for Section A and B is $381,127.75."
B. It is understood by both parties that the $50,000.00 obligated by Contract Modification No. Six executed on November 5,1985 is applicable to Section B estimated reimbursable costs only, with no increase in the amount of fee previously established by the contract.
