SUBJECT:
01 Assist on CPSES Attached is a report that we have received from the Office of Investigations (Case Number A4-86-003) on alleged harassment and intimidation at the Comanche J Peak Steam Electric Station (see Allegation Number 4-85-A-123).
I request that your Division review Ol's findings and initiate appropriate followup inspections and enforcement actions. We wish to maintain control of 01's report which contains confidential information, and I ask that once DRS&P has concluded their review that the report be returned to me along with any copies of it or portions thereof.
