4 INSTRUCTIONS TO STUDENTS ACCEPTANCE: This is to advise you that those individuals in Enclosure 1 have been accepted for participation in the training course (H-109), " Applied Health Physics." This course is scheduled to be presented March 2 - April 3,1998 at the Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education (ORISE) training center on Laboratory Road, Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
COURSE: The course starts at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, March 2,1998, and will begin at 8:00 a.m. on all other days. The class will end at approximately 4:30 p.m. wach day except for Friday, April 3,1998, which will end at approximately 1:00 p.m. Students should bring a scientific calculator and know how to use it.
LODGING: The following hotels are listed for your use. Participants must make their own ;
lodging arrangements. Individuals should request a State or government employee long-term l stay rate at the hotels.
