ORDER GRANTING NRC STAFF'S MOTION TO COMPEL EVELYN STEBBINS AND COALITION FOR SAFE ELECTRIC POWER On October 17, 1978, the NRC Staff moved for an order to compel Intervenors Evelyn Stebbins and Coalition for Safe Electric Power to respond to the Staff's interrogatories of September 1,1978. The interrogatories relate to Con-tention 25 which asserts that the potential for common mode failure requires two separate shutdown systems utilizing l diverse principles and components . The Intervenors did not l
respond to the Staff motion.
The Staff is entitled to know the Intervenors' position and the basis for that position. The motion to compel is 7 811210 Ol L,
granted and Intervenors must respond within 10 calendar days from receipt of this Order.
