. subject Tucker -Forwarded -Reply Item 1) I checked my notes and telephoned Tucker Wireline today to confirm that they had stated that this particular source assembly WAS welded prior to utilization. Mr. Calvin Wilson (Tucker's General Manager) stated that the only issue with the welds regarded the tack welde versus the 360 degree weld.

You may have been confused by the fact that Amersham did not weld the pieces, but Gammatron (located in Tulsa) performed the weld after source loading.

Item 2) As for the sources being used.out of the Victoria office, I discussed this with my branch chief and he did not think that the identification of the STORAGE location of the sealed cource (in between commercial well logging jobs) was required.

My branch chief informed me that Bruce Carrico has already concurred on the report, and the report is with Division Management for final review.
