- well logging company - Tucker Technologies

- Amersham CDC.Cy Series source

- source not used in a WL environment, just in tests in the office

- Amersham customer support Jim Horn 1-800-323-6695, ext 413

- Linda Howell, NRC RIV, may have additional information. (I was also going to call her to see if there are any reports or other info. I can fax /email you if I get anything more.)

From the info we have so far, it is not clear what analysis was done, and how Amersham determined that this was not any kind of generic concern / problem. As soon as I hear from you, I'll pas the info on to Steve Baggett.
