I approve of the staff's proposal to promptly revise Paragraph (h) of 10 CFR 50.55a via a direct final rulemaking.
I agree with Cmr. McGaffigan's changes to the Congressional letters.
I encourage the staff to continue its efforts to identify and revise outdated gu! dance, standards and rules, and the regulatory documents in which they are referenced, in a timely manner.
