- We have reviewed the final Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 33, Part XV, Radiation Protection regulations, which became effective on November 20,1998. The regulations were i reviewed by comparison to the equivalent NRC regulations. We also discussed our review of 1
the regulations with Mr. Mike Defley on December 16,1998.
, As a result of the NRC review, we have determined that the Louisiana regulations, as adopted,
] meet the compatibility and health and safety categories established in OSP Internal Procedure i B.7.
