Dear Mr. Miller:
In accordance with your application dated August 29,1997, and p'Jrsuant to Part 76 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Certificate of Compliance GDP-1 is hereby amended to revise Technical Safety Requirement (TSR) 2.1.4.1 and TSR 2.1.4.2a, to establish operability and surveillance requirements for additional valves required to close upon C-360 Zone 1 or 4 UF detection. Accordingly, Condition 9 has been revised to include the date of August 29,1997. This amendment becomes
- effective 30 days from the date of issuance.
All other conditions of this certificate t. hall remain the same. ,
Enclosed is a copy of the revised Certificate of Compliance.
