The specifications in the new document are the same as in the existing technical l

specifications, or more conservative. In some cases, specifications requested in ANSI -

[ '15.1 did not appear. in RRF documents. The values in ANSI 1.5.1 were ~used after review and approval as long as they were conservative for RRE. In telephone conversatioris with y.
