APPROVAL OF PROPOSED ACTIVITIES IN NON-AGREEMENT STATES (NRC FORM 241) FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1998 Dear Ms. Chauvin This acknowledges receipt of NRC Form 241 dated October 5,1998, and the $1,100 filing fee, which you submitted to report proposed activities 'n Non-Agreement States under the authority of the general license pursuant to 10 CFR 150.20.
