This change ooes not reduce the effectiveness of the plan and was reviewed and approved by both the staff of the NSCR and the j Reactor Safety Board with formal approval being given at the 1/29/88 meeting of
] the Reactor Safety Board.
Change 1. All references throughout the Emegency Preparedness Plan to a support agreement with the St. Joseph Hospital, Bryan, Texas is to be replaced with a support agreement with Humana Hospital, i
College Station, Texas.
