Technical Specification 1.3 Gentlemen:
In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (b) the State of Maine has reviewed the proposed technical specification change which would increase the maximum noninal fuel enrichnent to 3.7 weight percent, U-235.
The State has consulted with Mr. Patrick Sears, U.S. !;P. C , Project Manager for Maine Yankee At omic Power Carpany, concerning this }sroposed change.
The State has no objections to the propoced change.
