Special Inspection No. 99990001/88-84 On May 2,1988. E. Ullrich of this office conducted a special safety inspection at the above address of activities authorized by the above listed NRC license.
The inspection was limited to a raview of records pertaining to the 3-M static elimination devices and surveys of the location where they were used. The findings of the inspection were discussed with yourself at the conclusion of the inspection. Survey reults indicate no contamination at this facility.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were identified.
In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's "P.ules of Practice" Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the Public Document Room. No reply to this letter is required.
