Ballard, Chief Technical Review Branch Division of High-Level Waste Management, NMSS SUDJECT: TECHNICAL POSITION ON PC.JCLOSURE SEALS IN AN UNSATURATED MEDIUM I am enclosing a copy of the final draft of the staff Technical Position on Postclosure Seals in an Unsaturated Itedium prepared by Dinesh Gupta of my staff.
