- is planned on March 18, 1980. .
Martin has lead for coordinating the NMSS analysis and information on-concepts. Also, WM should. participate in the planned 3:00 p.m. March 4, 1980 conference call.
A cursory review of the Bill shows comments needed from WM and FC;
