Dear Mr. Oehlbert:

Enclosed is an application (XSNM3816), dated July 15, 2020, received by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, from ALARA Logistics, dba Enlog Strategic Services LLC. The application requests the export of 47 grams of uranium, enriched to 93.60% in U-235, as U308 for use in neutron flux sensors at Ultra Electronics Limited in the United Kingdom.

Assurances from EURATOM that the material will be subject to all the terms and conditions of an agreement for cooperation are required. Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurances will be appreciated.
